How do you tell your 12-year-old cousin that she’s so overweight that it’s unhealthy without making her parents lash out at you? It’s so sad, I hate to see her have to go through her teenage years oblivious to the fact that she is the way she is. I know her parents want her to be happy but she doesn’t even realize that she’s that big. She used to be so gorgeous as a toddler but now you can’t even the see the beauty in her face.
